NERA Associate Director Dr. Laura T. W. Olive will speak in a session titled “Economics of an Arbitration” at the 3rd BVI International Arbitration Conference. The theme of the BVI Conference will be “Arbitration 2.0” and will explore how arbitration has “come of age” globally over the past decade.
