Director Dr. Vladimir Starkov and former Associate Director Nihan Mert-Beydilli will speak at the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) 9th Annual Transfer Pricing Symposium on 16 July. Ms. Mert-Beydilli is a panelist in the session “APMA FCD Model.” Dr. Starkov will participate in the Transfer Pricing Debate covering three main topics: IRS “reference sets,” routine vs. non-routine returns, and OECD digital tax proposals. Dr. Starkov will represent the pro side of the argument assigned to him by the organizers as to why the OECD digital tax proposals may depart from the arm’s length principle.
