Associate Director Amanda Pletz will give a lecture at the Centro de Investigação de Direito Europeu, Económico, Financeiro e Fiscal (Centre for Research in European, Economic, Financial and Tax Law, CIDEEFF) in Lisbon on 24 October. In her presentation called “OECD Work on Financial Transactions: Core Unresolved Issues and Potential Policy Solutions,” Ms. Pletz will discuss key issues raised in the OECD’s recent BEPS Actions. She will also speak on transfer pricing considerations when addressing financing transactions and related issues.
