Three NERA transfer pricing experts will speak at TP Minds International 2019, hosted in London, 19–20 March. Head of Transfer Pricing and Managing Director Dr. Emmanuel Llinares will participate in two sessions. He will facilitate the working group “Taxation of the Digital Economy” on Tuesday, 19 March, and will join the “Benchmarking and Valuation of Intangibles” panel, along with Managing Director Dr. Yves Hervé, on Wednesday, 20 March, in which they will discuss the complexities of valuating intangibles in the wake of OECD’s BEPS.

In addition, Associate Director Amanda Pletz will present the breakfast briefing “Captive Insurance Companies and Transfer Pricing Considerations” on 20 March. She will be joined by Laurent Nihoul from ArcelorMittal and Daniel Gibson from Oliver Wyman to discuss how to use detailed value chain analyses to effectively delineate transactions.
