On 25 September, NERA Associate Director Amanda Pletz will speak at the 13th Young International Corporate Tax Practitioners Conference about intercompany financing transactions and the implications of the OECD’s recently released guidance on the topic. Ms. Pletz will be joined by a transfer pricing specialist from HMRC who will talk about HMRC’s approach to financial transactions. The conference is organized by the Chartered Institute of Taxation European Branch and ADIT, in conjunction with the Young IFA Network, and will take place virtually.
