NERA Director Benjamin Chee participated in an invitation-only workshop titled “Examining Community Solar Programs to Understand the Role of Policies on Accessibility and Investment.” The workshop was hosted by George Washington University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and Law School with funding from the Sloan Foundation’s Division of Energy and Environment. Mr. Chee joined scholars, industry experts, owners, users, financial entities, lenders, utilities, and municipal and local government representatives to discuss the future of community solar projects.
