Associate Director Amanda Pletz will teach a module called “Intra Group Financing Transactions” as part of the Executive Program in Transfer Pricing organised by the Université of Lausanne in Switzerland on 8 May.

In her session, Ms Pletz will cover several timely topics, including:

• Theoretical framework and basic concepts on intragroup financing transactions;

• Overview of treasury functions;

• Intercompany loans;

• Intercompany guarantees;

• Cash pooling;

• Factoring; and

• Captive insurance.
