Three NERA experts will speak at the virtual Global Transfer Pricing Forum 2020 on 1-2 December. In the session “Assessing the OECD’s ‘Unified Approach,’” Managing Director Dr. Harlow Higinbotham will discuss the benefits and shortcomings of the ‘Unified Approach,’ new rules’ impacts on multinational entities, the prevention of double taxation, and methods of dispute resolution. Associate Director Nihan Mert-Beydilli is a panelist on “Global Transfer Pricing Review - Current Landscape and Future Outlook,” where she and other industry experts will focus on the impact of COVID-19  and global disruptions on transfer pricing policies and MNE reactions, anticipated impact on TP compliance and TP audit environment, and COVID-19 related guidance of international organizations and tax authorities.
