On 10 September, Managing Director Adam Warren will speak at Securities Arbitration 2020, presented by Practicing Law Institute (PLI). Mr. Warren will be a panelist in the session “Products Practicum: Tips for Trying Product “De Jour” Arbitrations,” where he and other faculty will discuss products like bonds, REITS, and private placements; how practitioners should adjust their arbitration strategy for different products; and how to utilize expert witnesses.
