On 7 October 2022, NERA Transfer Pricing Practice Chair Dr. Emmanuel Llinares will participate in the “International Corporate Taxation Challenges” panel at the International Tax Law Research and Policy Network’s (ITRN) conference. Dr. Llinares will be joined by Professor Tommaso Di Tanno of Luiss University of Rome and Natalia Quiñones, a Partner at Quiñones Cruz. 

This session will include three paper presentations following the panel discussion. The papers are:

• “How Do We Re-Think the Tax Residence for Corporations in the Digital Age?” by Dr. Eva Escribano (Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain);
• “How Can We Re-Think Taxation of Business Income and PE Standards in the Digital Age?” by Dr. Stjepan Gadžo (University of Rijeka, Croatia); and
• “How Can We Adapt the Arm´s Length Principle to the Digital and Mobility Era?” by Dr. Svitlana Buriak (University of Amsterdam, Netherlands).
