NERA’s Head of Transfer Pricing Dr. Emmanuel Llinares, Managing Director Dr. Yves Hervé, and Director Dr. Vladimir Starkov will participate in the National Association of Business Economics (NABE) Transfer Pricing Symposium.

On 20 July at 8:30 am EDT, Dr. Llinares will join a panel alongside U.S. Department of Treasury Chris Bello, Skadden LLP Partner Nathaniel Carden, and KPMG Managing Director Alistair Pepper to discuss the “Expected Impacts of Amount A in the U.S. Market.”

Dr Hervé will participate in the transfer pricing challenge session, “Design an Unspecified Transfer Pricing Method that is Likely to be Accepted by an IRS Agent” on 20 July at 1:30 pm EDT. He will be joined by Loraine Eden, Texas A&M, and John Hickey with Johnson and Johnson.                                                                                                                   

On 21 July at 9:00 am EDT, Dr. Starkov will participate in a panel alongside Caplin & Drysdale Member Clark Armitage, U.S. Internal Revenue Service Counsel Kate Kerrigan, Morgan Lewis Partner Thomas V. Linguanti, and Microsoft Director Terri Ziacik. The panel will explore the “Economic Principles Behind the Economic Substance, Periodic Adjustment, and Best Method Rules.”
