On 18 October at 10:30 am CEST, Associate Director Dominik Huebler and Economic Analyst Leonie Janisch will speak at the Offshore Wind Energy: Funding Mechanisms and Business Models conference hosted by the Franco-German Office for the Energy Transition, in a presentation titled “The Future of Offshore Wind Financing in Germany.” Mr. Huebler and Ms. Janisch will compare various marketing and financing options for electricity from offshore wind farms in Germany, particularly risk profiles. The presentation will also discuss key economic implications of the most recent adjustments of the German offshore wind tender regime and the upcoming EU revenue caps.
