On 20 March, Managing Director Sarah Butler will present in the 2023 Intellectual Property Institute in Santa Monica, California, during the session “Proving and Arguing Monetary Remedies in Copyright, Trade Secret and Trademark Disputes.” The panel will discuss issues such as burden shifting, proof of offsets to the revenue for costs and apportionment, requirements for the availability of a royalty, and statutory damages, as well as what can be done without proof of the use of a trade secret.
