On 19 May, Associate Director Xiang (Jerry) Li will speak at the Knowledge Group-hosted webinar titled “Commercial Litigation: Understanding and Calculating Lost Profit Damages.” Mr. Li will address:

• General frameworks to measure economic damages, in particular the lost profits model;
• Various components related to the lost profits calculation and interrelation among these components;
• The Reasonable Certainty requirement in economic damages calculation; and
• How to properly evaluate profits in the but-for world and the actual world.
