NERA Associate Director Dr. Bruno Soria authored a chapter in the book, La Regulación de la Economía Colaborativa (Regulation of the Sharing Economy). The chapter provides an overview of the economics of the sharing economy, how they differ from the economic paradigm used by regulatory authorities to design economic regulation, and the problems created by the inconsistencies between the regulators' economic paradigm and the underlying economics of the sharing economy.
