Reviewing Competition in the Japanese Electricity Market

On behalf of the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, NERA assessed competition in the liberalized retail electricity and gas markets and considered antitrust issues associated with the abolition of the transitional tariff system for former monopoly power companies.
資源エネルギー庁委託による、電力・ガス市場における競争状況についての計量経済学的分析事業。自由化された小売市場の競争評価、および、旧独占電力会社に対する経過料金制度の廃止に伴う独禁法上の問題について検討する経済分析を実施しました。
