Analyzing Concerns in Vegetable Processing Company Merger

NERA assisted the merger of two vegetable processing companies—one of which was in bankruptcy—by providing analysis and submissions to the DOJ showing the transaction did not present competitive concerns for consumers or monopsony concerns for vegetable growers.
