Estimation of Damages to Telecommunications Company in Cape Verde

NERA was retained by international investors to estimate damages in two claims (ICSID and ICC) filed against the State of Cape Verde regarding investment in local telecommunications company Cabo Verde Telecom. We provided expert reports and Dr. Hern provided oral testimony at ICSID hearings in Paris.
