Advising Operator in First-Price Combinatorial Auction in Chile

NERA developed an optimal shading model for an operator to participate in a first-price sealed-bid combinatorial auction for 5G mobile spectrum. Our client secured spectrum at the same price of its closest competitor while another major operator won no spectrum.
