Allocating Over 300 Radio Broadcasting Licenses in Mexico

NERA designed and implemented a Simultaneous Multiple Round Auction to allocate 319 broadcasting spectrum licenses in Mexico. We advised the IFT on activity rules, implementation of competition measures, bid bonds, and software. It was the most competitive spectrum auction in Mexico.
