Developing New Spectrum Management Model for the Inter-American Development Bank

NERA developed a new spectrum management model to increase the efficiency of the spectrum market and develop a new market of spectrum-backed securities for the Inter-American Development Bank. It creates recurrent revenues for governments and trade opportunities for small and large operators.
