Supporting AEMC in the Design of a New Market Mechanism

On behalf of AEMC, NERA designed an auction allocating entry and exit capacity certificates in the Declared Wholesale Gas Market in Victoria, Australia. The auction made certificates available for a range of tenures, allowing new and existing participants to access capacity regularly.
