Allocating Incremental Regas Capacity in an Asian FSRU

NERA was engaged by an international energy company in an LCIA dispute with an Asian floating storage regasification unit (FSRU) concerning pricing and allocation of incremental capacity under a ship-or-pay agreement. Our arguments, based on national regulations and global FSRU practices, were upheld by the tribunal.
