Designing Cost Reflective Tariffs for the Provision of Treated Sewage Effluent to Industrial Customers

NERA advised a GCC governmental department on the cost to serve and design of tariffs for the provision of treated sewage effluent to industrial and mining customers. We conducted international benchmarking on the pricing strategies and tariff structures used for industrial customers, before tailoring recommendations to the jurisdiction in question.
