Evaluating Likely Competitive Effects in a Medical Device Service Merger

NERA evaluated the likely competitive effects of a proposed merger between two medical device service providers. Our analysis revealed there was little competition between the merging parties and strong competitive interaction with third parties. The investigation closed without second request.
