Quantifying Damages from Alleged Wholesale Fuel Overcharging

A team from NERA provided expert evidence for Waitomo Petroleum during its litigation against Mobil New Zealand before the New Zealand High Court. We calculated the damages from alleged overcharging of wholesale fuel, including accounting for pass-on to retail consumers.
