Assisting Amazon With a Large Data Submission As Part of a Second Request

NERA assisted Amazon with a large data submission and second request compliance in relation to the FTC’s investigation of a proposed acquisition. We worked with Amazon to locate and extract the requisite data, and liaised with FTC staff to resolve issues where data was not available or incomplete. We cleaned and shaped the data submissions and transferred them to the FTC.
