Developing an Integrated Risk Model to Advise a Global Energy Utility on Financial Risks and Capital Allocation

NERA developed and built a model to examine future financial risks across a utility’s global renewable and thermal businesses and investments (including LNG production, transport, and sales; solar PV, onshore wind, offshore wind, thermal plant; and core generation and retail business operation). Our model forecasted financial outcomes and was used to advise on capital allocation.
