Providing Support to UK Power Networks in Its Response to the RIIO-ED2 Draft Determination

NERA conducted detailed reviews of Ofgem’s cost comparison benchmarking at draft and final determinations at RIIO-ED2 on behalf of UK Power Networks. We proposed several potential improvements to the draft determination, some of which were implemented by Ofgem in its final decision.
