Providing Quantum Support in an Investor-State Delay Dispute in Peru

On behalf of the Republic of Peru, NERA assessed financial damages to the consortium responsible for building a new metro line in Lima arising from alleged delays. We provided financial damages assessments in three reports, and Dr. Hern provided oral testimony at ICSID hearings in Washington, DC.
