Kristopher Hult specializes in matters at the intersection of antitrust, healthcare, and life sciences. He also has substantial experience providing analysis of complex datasets, including insurance claims, patient enrollment, financial data, and patient treatment history.

Dr. Hult has significant experience evaluating antitrust claims brought against firms in a variety of industries on matters including providing economic and econometric analyses for Section 1 and Section 2 cases involving exclusive dealing, bundling, price fixing, and quantity restrictions; evaluating liability and damages in litigation cases; and evaluating market definition and competitive effects in mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Hult also has experience supporting mergers in industries including amusement parks, food delivery apps, fashion, and electronics.

Dr. Hult has supported clients and counsel in cases involving allegations of collusion, monopolization, and exclusionary conduct. His analyses have been used in regulatory proceedings and litigation and are recognized for their grounding in economic theory and data transparency. He has published research on pharmaceutical innovation and health policy and regularly presents at academic and industry conferences.
