Rasmus Jørgensen provides economic and statistical analysis to support complex litigation. His areas of focus are patent damages, commercial success, and unfair competition in a plethora of industries with a focus on life sciences such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biologics.

Prior to joining NERA, Dr. Jørgensen held academic positions at Yale University and Copenhagen University. He is a proud recipient of the Fulbright Fellowship at Princeton University and the Invisible Hand Award for Excellence in Teaching at University of Copenhagen. He has been published in top economic journals, including the American Economic Review and Review of World Economics.

Dr. Jørgensen holds a PhD, MSc, and BSc in economics from the University of Copenhagen.
