Janeen McIntosh has more than 20 years of experience in financial and economic advisory and litigation consulting for matters in the area of securities and finance, product liability and mass torts, and labor and employment. Ms. McIntosh has consulted on securities class actions examining materiality, loss causation, and liability. She has forecasted claims and the associated liability for a variety of torts, including those arising from allegedly toxic or faulty building products, automotive products, medical devices, and consumer products. She has developed statistical models to estimate the incidence of disease, claiming rates, and settlement values arising from exposure to asbestos, talc, and other fibers. Ms. McIntosh has performed reduction in workforce analyses and regularly conducts tests of statistical significance in cases alleging discrimination in hiring, pay, promotion, and termination decisions.
