Tanya Narang provides expert advice to clients on antitrust, competition, and regulatory issues in the UK and Europe. She has assisted clients on complex matters involving cartels, abuse of dominance (including excessive pricing and refusal to supply), mergers, and market studies and investigations. Her work spans many industries, including wholesale and retail telecommunications, retail, and digital sectors.

Ms. Narang’s recent work includes preparing expert evidence in Le Patourel v. BT, an excessive pricing claim against BT and the UK’s first competition class action to go to trial before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, contributing to a successful outcome for BT. She also led key workstreams in developing the underlying economic analyses and preparing expert reports for the two waves of the Trucks cartel litigation and for an abuse of dominance matter in Ireland.
