Ms. Rungta has worked on a range of transfer pricing and financial economic matters, focusing on benchmarking, value chain and functional analyses, profit allocation, credit risk assessment, and the valuation of businesses and intangible assets. She has supported clients with transfer pricing documentation across multiple jurisdictions including the US, UK, and EU. She has advised clients on intercompany financing arrangements, intellectual property restructurings, post-acquisition integrations, and the pricing of cross-border transactions.

Ms. Rungta also has experience supporting complex tax controversy, state aid, and subsidy control matters. Her work has included developing counterfactual and commercial viability analyses for major infrastructure investments, assessing financial markets in connection with regulatory proceedings, and modelling potential tax adjustment exposures. She has also undertaken discounted cash flow valuations, stochastic simulations, and economic benchmarking analyses to support clients and public authorities in high-stakes reviews and disputes.
