His experience includes renewable energy auction design, energy market design, and wider sector reform across Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, the Middle East, and southeast Europe.

Mr. Raiteri also supports utilities and investors in navigating regulatory change. His work includes business planning, financial analysis, and engagement with regulatory consultations. He has supported investors through due diligence on energy and infrastructure transactions. Across these engagements, Mr. Raiteri combines quantitative analysis with clear, practical advice to help clients navigate complexity and make well-informed decisions.
