Jason Sabatelle provides financial and economic advice to clients in the telecommunications, technology, and infrastructure sectors. His expertise spans the telecommunications ecosystem, including wireless and broadband services, digital infrastructure, digital platforms, consumer technology, regulatory policy, and commercial strategy. He has also advised clients on valuation matters involving natural resources and energy.
Mr. Sabatelle develops financial and economic models used in asset valuation, pricing strategy, and market assessments. He has advised clients on telecommunications matters in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, including on network deployment, business and market forecasting, and commercial and regulatory strategy. His work has informed commercial negotiations and expert testimony in international arbitrations, regulatory proceedings, and domestic litigation, including matters involving sovereign actions. Mr. Sabatelle’s work has also informed presentations at industry conferences, including MWC Barcelona.
