Mr. Sambeat’s experience includes assisting the boards of multinational companies in their merger filings to the CMA, assessing the contribution of video-on-demand providers to European content production, quantifying damages in complex cartel litigation, and evaluating the impact of Network Sharing Agreements (NSAs) in the Czech telecommunications sector.
 

Mr. Sambeat has significant experience applying statistical and data visualization software tools to competition cases, including the estimation of damages for price fixing, buyer cartels, and other forms of collusive anticompetitive behavior, and assessing competition in local markets using geospatial tools.
