Shaun Tey is a trusted economist who specializes in antitrust and competition matters. He has substantial experience working on market reviews, market investigations, and competition assessments in regulated sectors, particularly those in telecoms, broadcasting, and digital markets.

Prior to joining NERA, Mr. Tey worked at UK communications regulator Ofcom, where he was a senior associate economist. While there, he gained experience managing market reviews, undertaking auction design for mobile spectrum auctions, and designing econometric analysis for the ex-post evaluations of Ofcom policy interventions.
