Ms. Wu has worked on various price control reviews in the energy, water, and aviation sectors, focusing on cost assessment and benchmarking issues, incentive designs, cost-benefit analysis, valuation, and willingness-to-pay studies. She has worked with regulators and utility companies on tariff design assignments, advising clients on tariff design improvement options in accordance with industry best practices and standard economic principles.

Ms. Wu also has experience supporting NERA’s expert engagement in a collective action on behalf of electricity customers in Great Britain before the UK Competition Appeals Tribunal (CAT) against parties to a cartel in the supply of high voltage power cables identified by the European Commission.
