On 12 October at 1:15 pm EDT, Associate Director Dr. Hector Lopez will moderate a session titled “Cracking the Rural Broadband Challenge—Delivering Connectivity and Affordability” at the 11th Americas Spectrum Management Conference. The panel includes GSMA Director of Regulatory Policy Campbell Massie, Secretariat International Managing Director Allan Ingraham, and GSOA Global Spectrum & Regulatory Policy Advisor Fernando Carrillo.
The conference will focus on efforts to understand the connectivity needs of citizens and businesses in unserved and underserved areas and the programs that are being rolled out at the federal and state levels to deliver connectivity at affordable prices.
