NERA Managing Director Richard Marsden will participate as a panellist at the 15th European Spectrum Management Conference. The session, titled “Not just for the ‘digital-haves’! To what extent can 5G help to tackle connectivity ‘not spots’?”, will take place on Friday, 26 June 2020, and will look at how to promote 5G connectivity across Europe, and how 5G can ultimately help the digital divide in the region.
Mr Marsden will also chair a discussion during the conference wrap-up session, where key stakeholders will provide conclusions and takeaways from the event.
The European Spectrum Management Conference 2020 is going to be entirely virtual, and will bring together policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders from mobile, satellite, broadcast, public safety, HAPS, and WiFi to discuss issues related to the management and coordination of spectrum policy across the European region.
