NERA was a proud sponsor of the Canadian Bar Association's 2014 Annual Competition Law Fall Conference, held in Ottawa on 18-19 September 2014.  The conference brought together leading Canadian and international competition lawyers, economists, and government officials to discuss recent developments in Canadian and international competition and foreign investment laws. A common theme at this year's conference was the changing role and impact of competition policy in Canadian competition legislation.
