The annual Latin America Spectrum Management Conference provides a gathering point for stakeholders across Latin America and beyond to discuss topical issues relating to the management and coordination of spectrum policy across the region. NERA Senior Vice President Richard Marsden presented an overview of awards and approaches to the allocation of the 700 MHz band across Latin America and Asia Pacific. He also chaired two panel sessions, one on the allocation of the 700 MHz band in Latin America and the other on best practice in spectrum auctions and spectrum valuation.
