On 19 September, the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) will host the symposium “Revising the Horizontal Merger Guidelines: The Path Forward.” NERA Senior Managing Director Dr. Jeffrey Eisenach will introduce the symposium and moderate the “Legal Implications” panel, while Director Dr. Robert Kulick will join as a panelist for the “Economic Implications” session.

The symposium will focus on the proposed revisions to the Horizontal Merger Guidelines, engaging leading experts in conversations about potential changes to antitrust enforcement, criteria for merger evaluations, and the future of antitrust policies.
