NERA is pleased to sponsor the British Institute of Energy Economics (BIEE) Policy Conference on 18 September at One Birdcage Walk, London. For 30 years, the BIEE has hosted debates on UK energy issues, linking research, policy, and outcomes.

Director Leen Dickx will participate in the panel discussion “Unlocking Sustainable Investment: Strategies for Enhancing the UK’s Appeal.” The panel will examine the domestic and global economic landscape and explore strategies to strengthen the UK’s investor appeal given the pivotal role investors play in achieving targets and driving economic growth.

Ms. Dickx will speak alongside Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) Director for Hydrogen and Industrial Carbon Capture Paro Konar, Shell Chief Economist Mallika Ishwaran, and Brookfield Asset Management Managing Director Simon Maine.
