On 1 June, Senior Managing Director Fabrizio Hernández will speak at the 20th International Conference Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje in a session titled “Compliance and Enforcement: From the Award to Economic Value” in Madrid. Dr. Hernández will discuss strategies to monetize successful awards and the most common financial instruments for monetizing favorable awards.
