On 17 March, Senior Managing Director George Anstey will speak at the Energy Arbitration Club Symposium in a session titled “Shifting Investment Landscapes: From Geopolitical Risk to New Capital Sources and Their Impact on Disputes.” The panel discussion will explore the changing investment context and the impact that geopolitics and disruption from new sources of capital may have on the potential for disputes.
