On 6 May, Director Jens Rubart will speak at the 2026 Frankfurt Transfer Pricing Conference during the panel “Relocation of Functions in Uncertain Times.” Dr. Rubart will be joined by Eversheds Sutherlands Partner Lars Haverkamp and Federal Central Tax Auditor Vitali Parenko to discuss the growing importance of turnaround consulting, which is currently at an all-time high. They will also address the tax consequences of post-merger restructurings and transfers of intangible assets. Finally, the panel will cover functional relocation in the context of current case law from German Tax Courts (FG), the Federal Fiscal Court (BFH), and the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
