In a separate session, Senior Managing Director George Anstey will participate in a panel discussion titled “Reassessing the Potential of Group Litigation for ESG.” The panel will discuss how the CAT’s dismissal of the Thames Water case affects prospects for future ESG litigation in the CAT, the options that remain for bringing ESG cases under the competition regime, and more promising mechanisms for collective redress for ESG claims. Mr. Anstey will speak alongside Simmons & Simmons Partner Eleanore Di Claudio and 4 New Square Barrister Daniel Saoul KC.
